研究方向聚焦于真核生物轉錄調控相關復合物的結構與功能研究,特別關注與腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關的、調控轉錄活性的重要蛋白質復合物。迄今,以并列/第一作者或者通訊作者在Nature、 Science、 Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、 Cell Research、 Nature Communications、 PNAS 等國際高影響力期刊發(fā)表研究論文數(shù)十篇。研究工作得到國家自然科學基金面上項目和青年項目等資助,入選上海市浦江人才計劃。
研究組將圍繞“非編碼RNA的動態(tài)特征與功能機制”這一核心,開展以下三個層次的研究:首先,在多尺度上解析其轉錄與加工的動態(tài)特征;其次,揭示其參與形成的功能網絡與調控機制;最終,基于上述發(fā)現(xiàn),致力于開發(fā)基于RNA的精準診斷方法與治療靶點。
